Meet Oak Tree Early Learning Center's Owner and Administrator. Courtney has been in childcare for 20 years. She has worked with ages birth to 5 years. She has always dreamed of opening a childcare center and in July 2023 she made that dream come true. Courtney's goal is to provide a childcare facility for the community. Courtney is currently working towards to administration credential.

Ms. Kiley is a recent graduate of Lakeland Union Highschool. She took a dual credit course while in attendance. Since then has taken online courses to becoming a Lead Teacher of our 1 year old room. She has 3 years of experience working with children and loves spending time outdoors as much as possible. She is a level 6 on the registry.

Ms. Sherri is a float for the summer. She is a former Lakeland Union graduate and is now pursuing a degree in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies, with a focus on child development. When she is not at the daycare you can find her running, hiking, camping, skiing, water sports, and caring for houseplants.

Ms. Audrey is a teacher assistant and floats between the 4s/school age group and our 3 year olds. Ms. Audrey is currently going to school for bachelor's in Psychological Sciences at Cornell College in Iowa where she plays D3 volleyball.
