Meet Oak Tree Early Learning Center's Owner and Administrator. Courtney has been in childcare for 20 years. She has worked with ages birth to 5 years. She has always dreamed of opening a childcare center and in July 2023 she made that dream come true. Courtney's goal is to provide a childcare facility for the community. Courtney is currently working towards to administration credential.

Autumn is the director. She comes with 4 years of experience. She is a level 12 on the registry. She has an associates in Early Childhood Education and is finishing a bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies. When Autumn is not at the center, she is outside playing and doing things with her 4 kids, husband, and 2 dogs, Bella and Sophie.

Miss Brittany is our 3/4 year old teacher. She is a level 3 on the registry and has 5 years experience in childcare. She loves being able to teacher the children new things to help prepared them for school.

Ms. Kiley is a recent graduate of Lakeland Union Highschool. She took a dual credit course while in attendance. Since then has taken online courses to becoming a Lead Teacher of our 1 year old room. She has 3 years of experience working with children and loves spending time outdoors as much as possible. She is a level 6 on the registry.

Ms. Stacy is our infant room teacher. She comes with 23 years of experience. She takes great pleasure in providing tender loving care for the littles ones of the group.

Ms. Audrey is a teacher assistant and floats in all rooms in the building when needed. Ms. Audrey is currently going to school for bachelor's in Psychological Sciences at Cornell College in Iowa where she plays D3 volleyball.

Ms. Kristin is one of our 4 year old/ school age teacher. Ms. Kristin has 8 years of experience. She has an associates in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards her bachelor's. She is a level 12 on the registry. Ms. Kristin has 3 kids. When she is not working you can find her fishing, biking with her kids, and gardening.
